Clear and Concise Focus Lesson
K-5 Literacy Connections blog they have a video on focus lesson. This video demonstrates a 5-7 minute lesson on summarizing beginning, middle and end of a story. Notice how clear and concise she is with her language. She has read this story to her students several times so they are experienced with it.
